You heard it here first! Rick has told me the dates for hearing for the appeal of the appeal (that sounds odd doesn't it?) is May 4 through to the 7th. Three judges will decide whether or not to grant Rick his appeal which would go to the Supreme Court of Canada in Ottawa.

This is SO important. I'll be there and hopefully lots of other people who understand what's at stake here will be in attendance as well.

Hi, Im at student at Ryerson University in Toronto, Ontario. I am currently finishing up my degree and am doing my final research project on Jeffrey Moore's case. I have been looking for a way to try and contact the family and see if they would be willing to answer a few questions about their experiences. Any suggestions on how I can locate Jeffrey's family? Thanks
